Pastor
Eddie and his wife, Cindy, both grew up in the Philippines as children of missionaries. They are both graduates of Baptist Bible College here in Springfield. Eddie completed his MBA from the Ateneo University of Manila. Eddie and Cindy served for 20 years in the Philippines as missionaries. Eddie became the Senior Pastor of High Street in 2002, and Cindy serves as the Women’s Ministry Director. The Lyons have five children, Tiffany, Holly, Robert, Coco, and James.
Executive & Youth Pastor
Tom has served at High Street since 2002. He graduated from Boston Baptist College and holds an M.A. in Theological Studies from Liberty University. Tom is passionate about discipling and training up men and women for ministry. He is married to Laura, who also serves here at High Street!
WorldProject Directors
Gary & Lisa Wilson have served in many areas of ministry throughout their years at High Street. Gary has been a member since 1977; Lisa has been a member since 1985 and she has a degree in communications from Missouri State. In 2004 they joined our staff as WorldProject Directors. They serve the missionaries we support in many different capacities, lead our WorldProject committee, host missions trips, help guide those interested in serving in missions, and everything in between. They have two married daughters and three grandchildren.

Associate Pastor
Logan has been involved at High Street since 2009. He joined the pastoral team full-time in 2020 as an associate pastor. Logan helps lead Young Adults and oversees High Street's creative team. He has an undergraduate degree in Physical Education from Missouri State University, a master's in Educational Administration from William Woods University, and a certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. Logan is married to Emma and a father to their three children.
Young Adults & Outreach Pastor
Jared has served as High Street’s Young Adult and Outreach Pastor since 2014. He graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Economics. He is passionate about seeing people far from God realizing God’s love in their lives. Jared has been married to his wife, Tyler, since 2014. They have three sons, Thatcher, Jettson, and Riggins.

Assimilation & Institute Director
Coco grew up in the Philippines as a missionary kid and has a passion to serve God in ministry. She graduated from Baptist Bible College in 2015 with a Missions degree. She is passionate about helping people use their gifts and abilities in the local church. She leads the High Street Institute and is part of the Young Adults team!
KidStreet Director
Nancy is a third generation member of High Street. She became the KidStreet Director in 2017. Nancy taught kindergarten for 8 years while serving with her husband, Jim, in ministry in Dallas, Texas. She has 4 married children, 13 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She loves leading children and working with her volunteer team to help them fulfill their God-given purpose. Her goal for every child who goes through KidStreet is to know that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

Bible Studies & Women's Ministry Director
Tom and Laura joined the High Street team in 2002. Laura is the Director of Bible Studies at High Street and also the Office Coordinator for High Street Women. Laura is passionate about equipping the church to grow spiritually and be effective witnesses. She and Tom have 3 children: Megan, Emma and Sam.
Associate Pastor
Ryan has been involved at High Street since 2022. He joined High Street's staff full-time in 2024 as an associate pastor as well as the Institute Men's Director and Community Director. He graduated from William Penn University with a BA in secondary education. He is passionate about discipling men, new believers, and teaching the Bible. Ryan has been married to his wife, Livia, since 2020. They have two children, Gwen and Graham.
Young Adults Pastor
Trevor has attended High Street since 2020. In 2024, he began serving as one of the Young Adult Pastors on staff. He graduated from Mission University in Springfield, Missouri with a degree in Pastoral Studies. He loves seeing lives completely changed by the Gospel and seeing people understand God’s plans for their lives. Trevor is married to his wife, Ciana.
Youth Pastor
Miles has been serving at High Street since 2019 and joined the staff team in 2020. He graduated from the High Street Institute in 2022. Miles is passionate about helping students realize the love that God has for them and seeing them grow in their walk with Christ. Miles has been married to his wife, Emma, since 2018. They have two sons, Oliver and Peter.
