Getting connected at High Street is about relationships that get beneath the surface. That kind of relationship won't come by simply attending worship services. Whether kids or adults, all of us need time each week with a smaller group of people who can get to know us personally, share life with us, and encourage us to pursue Jesus Christ.

Whether at work, school or the ball field, our lives are built around small communities. God designed the church to meet the need for community in the lives of Christians. Engage in a gospel-centered small group, it's a vital step toward growing in faith.
Every Community Group at High Street is unique. Some groups are co-ed and base their discussion on the Sunday message, others are gender and age specific, tackling specific issues. Expect friendly discussion, Bible-based study and an encouraging time of prayer.
Life never slows down, so Community Groups meet on and off campus and throughout the week. Most groups meet on either Sunday morning at 9:45 AM (on campus), Sunday night (off campus) or Wednesday night at 6:30 PM (on campus). Childcare is provided for on campus groups. Have a specific night that works for you? Let us know and we will get you connected.
Our goal is to start new groups throughout the city on every night of the week. If you're interested in leading or hosting a new Community Group, contact Jon Slayden.
Are you in Jr. High? Join us on Sunday morning and Wednesday night and see how to stay connected with God and others in a Community Group. God created us to be in relationships both with Him, and the people around us.

Vertical Access is High Street's community for college-age people. We strive to create an environment where people can thrive spiritually and engage people who aren't Christians with the gospel. VA is built on the idea that church isn't just something you do, it is a community that you're a part of. That's why we gather throughout the week in dorms, class rooms and coffee shops to worship together, live together and study together. If you want more info about who we are, check out our website at va.highstreet.org.

Worship involves all of who we are, but Sunday mornings are a special time of devotion where we join together with other believers to sing about this mighty God who has given us life. Here at High Street we have two dynamic worship teams that serve the church with two different styles of music in order expand the expression of worship in our church. So no matter where you're at in life there is a place for you to feel comfortable worshipping with other people.
The worship ministry consists of musicians who serve on stage and a live production crew who makes everything happen behind the scenes. If you feel like you have been gifted in any of these areas and you are interested in serving click here to get more information.
Our worship team recently released the first High Street original song, and you can get it for free.
High Street currently supports 133 missionaries, church plants and projects monthly around the world as well as right here in the United States. Of those missionaries, 27 are sent from High Street, our very own members who have surrendered to go. We currently have four others from High Street who have surrendered to be missionaries and are finishing up their eduction. It is a privilege to be a part of what God is doing all over the world. It is our prayer that you will join the mission efforts of High Street. If you have any questions about our missionaries or our missions program please contact Lisa Wilson or call 862-5502.

An exciting aspect of our missions program is our annual Missions Conference. It's a celebration of what God is doing all over the world through the missionaries we partner with at High Street. It is also a time when we seek God's direction in what He would want each one of us to do as we serve Him through missions.
